Winter:
-5% food production
slower troop movement
troops eat more
better defense
Spring:
+10% food production
Summer:
faster troop movement
+5% food production
troops eat less
better attack
Autumn:
nothing changes

Seasons last for three months.

I have another idea. Change the look of dolumar for each season.
Winter: Snow
Spring: flowers
Summer: everything looks as it does now
Autumn: the trees have fall colors
