I would hope so 
Any part of information a players gets is a privilige in the game, therefore a mod should not play on the server he mods. (in a perfect world)

This is the plan. Currently there are not enough mods for it, but that's why you guys are applying right

the new distinction between "chat moderator" and "multi hunter" is gonna ease this up a lot, as obviously, a chat moderator is supposed to be modding his own server
